The Team Interspace possesses a highly qualified Project & Operations management team together with an experienced & dedicated in‐house team of field installers. In combination with our own team and our various other trusted and proven sub contractors, we undertake and execute various interior fit‐out projects. We also have partnerships with experienced Civil & MEP subcontractors for civil, electrical, AC & plumbing works that enable us to be a total solutions provider for all our Interior fit-out projects.

The team at Interspace is committed to the continuous improvement of all aspects of the business. The company operates a quality system and endorses the concept of Total Quality Management and of continuous improvement.

The goal of the company is customer satisfaction and improvement in business efficiency. Every member of our staff is involved and responsible for achieving this goal. Performance is constantly monitored in order to continuously improve the service we provide.

Pre-construction and design procedures are established and a company Quality Plan for each project is produced. This ensures that each contract is executed in a controlled manner and that the quality requirements detailed in the contract brief, specification and drawings are all achieved.

Through effective management, the company’s goal of achieving customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and business efficiency is achieved.

Health & Safety Policy
It is the policy of the company that all reasonable practicable steps are taken to provide safe and healthy working conditions and that the safety, health and welfare of employees, suppliers and members of the public are held paramount at all times.

Management, supervisory staff and other employees who authorize work to be carried out are responsible for ensuring that satisfactory safety, health and welfare arrangements are maintained at all times.

All safety regulations are vigorously complied with and all employees contribute towards making work areas as safe as possible by constantly reviewing working practices and ensuring that the safest possible methods are employed.

Our employees and suppliers provide and maintain a safe working environment. They are responsible for ensuring minimum risk to themselves and others during our operations and the promotion of high standards of safety, health and welfare. All personnel, whether employed by the company or suppliers are positively encouraged to discuss matters relating to safety, health and welfare with the company’s management personnel.
